We had beef tips so yum. Huge portion, the baked potato was was cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive. The fact that they are a mile away and do call in orders makes us very excited. They will be our go to for busy nights when we dont feel like cooking. Food came fast and served with a smile. Entire staff left us happy and feeling welcome.

Hi there everyone, this my 2nd visited to this Huddle House, I Ordered A Bacon Egg and Cheese melted with fries with a soda, theses 2 times We’re great service was good food was delicious I can say this is one of the best Huddle Houses Restaurant experience, I’m a truck driver and I try to go to all the Huddle House on the road,

It was Ok. Food was good, but we're had to keep looking for our server.

Missed her name but our waitress was great. She brought out for our kiddos little kids' entertainment packs even though the restaurant was near capacity and she was juggling taking care of multiple tables. She never missed a beat on refills or other niceties like noticing our need for extra napkins; which she brought to our table without us asking. The food was Huddle House delicious. We could not have asked for a better dining experience.

Mama said if you ain't got nothing nice to say , don't say it. !! Even saying this much is difficult because I very rarely ever complain and I am not sure what happened this particular day but everything was so bad even the sweet corn was sour. I had my girlfriend taste it and she had to spit it in a napkin and told me not to eat it, it was rotten. I won't talk about the rest you don't want to know. I should have said something to the waitress but she was so nice and happy I didn't want to make her feel bad.

They always make you feel welcome there.They work very hard for what Little payday they get and if you can leave a tip not your change but a real tip they will appreciate that once again they work very hard there enjoy the food is pretty good actually

I enjoy going here very much. You can get a great deal by ordering of the $5 and $6 meal deals that include a drink. The only reason for four stars instead of five is sometimes the service can be very slow...you almost feel they forget about you after taking your order. But other than that, I think it’s a great place to go to get a quick bit. The sides like the jalapeño poppers and cheese sticks are very good too. I typically go here for breakfast but if I can ever make it in the evening, I love the patty melt!

Clean and friendly. Food came out quick and they were fairly busy. Steak tip on let was excellent, and side salad was very good.

Absolute worst experience ive had at a restaurant. I'm a waitress myself, When there is hair in a customers order I do everything in my power to fix it, Or if its just something they don't like. I fix it. You don't yell at your customers, chase them to the car and call them hogs all because there was a hair in the food.

Not happy. Hash browns were over cooked and crunchy. Eggs were to be over medium and the whites were very runny and under cooked. Service was in general was mediocre. We won't be going back.

If you go late at night do not expect grate service. The staff is nice,however the quality and quantity of the food is not so good. There dishes arnt very clean. Over all this is not somewhere I am going to again.It just is not what it should be.

Our experience here was not good. It used to be great. Our server would rather be gossiping than getting our coffee. She put in the eggs wrong and they were very overcooked. Biscuit was not fresh. Overall not good.

Awesome food and friendly environment

This visit was good. Our food was delivered in a reasonable time, the staff was very friendly and my coffee stayed full and hot. Will visit again next time we are nearby.

I have been a waitress at this Huddle House Hartselle,Al for a couple months and can understand the reviews here.. Management is trying to get a strong staff together and let go of employees that don't care.. And don't show up. We've had a meeting and trying a few new things..and hope everyone can see the improvements over next few months. Your reviews are being seen and I'm sure everybody appreciates feedback.. Good or Bad! Give us another chance.. And please.. make sure to let us know how were doing! Open 24 Hours a Day! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all day and night!

Food was good. Other customers were friendly. Our visit was during a slower period for the restaurant and it took FOREVER to get our food. Also, when only a few ppl in there you know exactly when others are talking - the staff kept whispering & it was obvious we were the ones they didn't want hearing. Rude

It's OKAY, It's a Huddle House. No frills, shortorder cook, good everyday food. The price shows this as it is very affordable for just about everyone. I frequent them since it is very easy to get a bite and be on the way.

The food was nasty the hashbrown was burnt the tomatoes was rotten

Husband was pleased although he likes Waffle House better. I was mostly pleased although I have dental problems an ordered my hash browns barely cooked and they were overcooked. The wait staff was excellent. They were Pleasant and helpful.
